Type Faster with Textomatic

I purchased Textomatic 1.0 frpm the Internet over a year ago, and I have been very pleased with it. By pre-typing phrases and paragraphs into the program that you use routinely in filling out forms, soliciting business, or in providing constructive criticism, you can save a lot of time.

If for instance, you want to approach a company about doing some work for it, you can send an email with all the paragraphs that you want. You can write your email quickly and move onto the next. The recipients will appreciate the quality of the writing in your standard paragraphs and you can always customize them.

Textomatic 1.0, appears to work with all programs and applications whether they are on your computer or on the web.

Google Sky

I just heard a news item on CBC news about Google Sky. I have not even checked out the site but I am excited already. It is another example of how Google effectively takes a broadly-dispersed amount of information and packages it in a central location for easy access. One can find a very effective business model therein that could be duplicated by other enterprising companies and people. I look forward to looking into the night sky with Googly Sky.

Tech Gossip

I have a start-up Web Development and Internet Marketing company called Vanguard Seas, Inc. in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Waterloo is part of the silicon valley of Canada along with Ottawa. In Canada, Kitchener-Waterloo and Ottawa are the two wings of the technology bird.

Like a lot of companies, we joined the local technology association of Kitchener-Waterloo, Communitech. We've interacted with some of the staff of the organization and were impressed with how Communitech brings companies together to learn from each other.

One thing there seems to be a shortage of, though, is a newspaper featuring the latest happenings and gossip in the technology world. It is impossible to meet new market needs or to create them when you don't know what the trends are in technology. That's why I'm starting this blogg. I invite everyone in the technology community to visit this site to learn about what's going on and to share their insights and knowledge.
