Your webmaster is one step ahead of you

I am taking an HTML programing course at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. The instructor says that a lot of his students have recently been hired by companies to maintain their company website so they sign up for the HTML class. What does this interesting piece of information tell the technology entrepreneur? It tells him or her that there are employment and business opportunities in the Internet. With what appears to be very little experience, people are getting jobs to maintain websites. This further suggests that there is an explosion in the number of websites because it is putting upward pressure on demand for webmasters. If demand for effective websites that add value to companies is going up, I expect that Internet marketing will be the next business to take off.
